Sunflower Festival Vendor Info

We are excited to invite craft or product vendors to the Fest. No food vendors.

– It is $20 for the day. The $20 is payed when the application is submitted. Full details are on the form below.

– If a vendor requires power it would be a flat $10 charge for the power (110v). The vendor would have to provide their own pop up tent (if desired) and table or all other booth supplies. The booth would be outside.

2025 Sunflower Festival Vendor Application
If you are interested in being a vendor in the Sunflower Festival on June 14th, 2025 please fill out and submit this application. We will notify you within 48 hours if your application is approved. Our festival focuses on local artists and businesses to provide them a space to sell their goods. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vendors are approved on a first come first served basis.

We are not accepting food trucks or concession vendors at this time. However, we are considering snack vendors such as roasted nuts or candy, etc.

We also don't approve vendors with products of a sexual or vulgar nature.

You are responsible for filing your sales tax, we will provide the form for you.

Hours of operation are 9am to 4pm. Vendors are not required to remain open for the entire time, vendors can close their booth at any time they choose.

Your sales location must be fully set up by 9am on any day you are registered. You will have access to your location by 7am.

Vendors are responsible to secure their own inventory and to provide any tents, tables, chairs or any other equipment needed. If a vendor requests power, Dixiemaze Farms will provide 110v and no more than 8 amps of power to their location. All tents, furniture and sales displays must be in good working order, safe and attractive.

The vendor fee will be collected at the time this application is submitted. If the application is not approved the fee will be immediately refunded. If a vendor cancels the reservations before June 7th, 2025 all fees will be refunded. After June 7th 2025 all fees are considered non-refundable.

Vendor locations are awarded on a first come first served basis. It is our intention that you will receive the vendor location you select, however, it is not guaranteed.

Vendors are allowed one vehicle and will have a designated parking area. Vendors can drive their vehicle to their booth to unload but all vehicles must be parked in the designated area by 8:45am.

You will receive a receipt confirming your reservation immediately.

If you are not approved your fee will be refunded within 72 hours. If you cancel your vendor reservation the fee will be refunded up until 6/7/2025. After that date all fees are non-refundable.
